1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all services and products offered by:

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") apply to all services and products offered by:

1:1 coaching and mentoring services
online courses and programs hosted on Kajabi
Zoom-based sessions, workshops and group programs
digital products (including PDFs, videos, audio files, templates and tools)
bundled offers and time-limited programs
any related materials, resources or communications

By booking, purchasing or accessing any service or product, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these T&C as legally binding.

2. Contract Formation

By completing the booking process, the client expressly agrees to these Terms & Conditions, which form an integral and binding part of the contractual relationship. No separate written contract is concluded.

Payment of the booked service or product constitutes confirmation of the contractual agreement.

Start-Unfolding.com reserves the right to reject bookings or payments without stating reasons.

All offers are subject to availability and may be modified, replaced or discontinued at any time, provided that this does not materially disadvantage the client.

3. Nature and Scope of Services

Start-Unfolding.com provides coaching, mentoring, personal development programs, digital learning content and guidance, in particular in the areas of mindset, emotional development, energy work and self-leadership.

Coaching and mentoring services do not constitute psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice or financial consulting. No diagnoses are made and no promises of healing, success or specific outcomes are given.

All services are provided on a time-limited basis as described in the respective offer. Access to digital content, recordings, client areas and learning platforms is granted exclusively for the duration specified in the relevant offer and does not constitute lifetime access.

4. Appointments, Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled free of charge up to twenty-four (24) hours before the agreed session start time.

Requests for rescheduling received less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session are considered late cancellations.

In the event of a late cancellation or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), the session is deemed fully provided and will be charged in full. There is no entitlement to replacement or make-up sessions.

5. Prices, Payment Terms and Installment Payments

All prices are stated in CHF or EUR, depending on the booking platform and the specific offer. Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal or other payment methods made available at checkout.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all payments are due immediately upon booking.

For selected offers, installment payment plans may be made available. Where an installment plan is chosen, the total price of the service or program constitutes a single contractual obligation and remains owed in full, irrespective of the number of installments selected.

Early termination of participation, non-use of services, or personal circumstances of the client do not release the client from the obligation to pay all remaining installments.

In the event of non-payment or failed installment payments, Start-Unfolding.com reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to services, digital content, recordings and client areas until full payment has been received.

6. Failed Payments and Default

If a payment or installment cannot be successfully collected, the client will be notified and requested to remedy the outstanding amount within a reasonable period.

If payment remains outstanding, Start-Unfolding.com may suspend or restrict access to services and content, terminate the contractual relationship with immediate effect, and assert any further legal claims available under applicable law.

7. Refunds, Withdrawal and Disclaimer of Guarantees

All sales are final. No refunds are granted for coaching sessions, digital products, online programs, recorded content, group programs or bundled offers.

This applies regardless of whether the client fully utilizes the booked services or discontinues participation prematurely.

To the extent permitted by law, no right of withdrawal applies once digital content has been made available or access to services has begun. By booking, the client expressly agrees to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledges that any statutory right of withdrawal expires upon access.

Coaching and mentoring outcomes depend on the individual engagement of the client. No guarantees are given with regard to specific results or outcomes.

8. Recordings and Use of Materials

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, coaching sessions, group sessions and workshops conducted via Zoom are recorded and made available to the respective clients for personal use.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use recordings and materials solely for their own private purposes.

Recordings and materials may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, published, made publicly accessible or used for commercial purposes.

Access to recordings is provided for the duration specified in the relevant offer. Start-Unfolding.com reserves the right to delete recordings after the end of the agreed access period.

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All materials provided by Start-Unfolding.com, including but not limited to documents, videos, audio recordings, course modules, worksheets, templates, methods and frameworks, are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Start-Unfolding.com or the respective rights holder.

Without prior written consent, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

sharing content with third parties;
reselling, sublicensing or otherwise commercializing materials;
reproducing, modifying or publishing content;
using content in one’s own coaching, teaching or programs;
sharing login credentials or granting access to third parties.

10. Access to Online Platforms

Access to online courses, client areas and digital content is personal and non-transferable.

In the event of misuse, sharing of access data or violation of these T&C, access may be suspended or terminated immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be granted.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental and emotional well-being during participation. They are responsible for assessing whether the offered services are suitable for them and for seeking professional medical, psychological or therapeutic advice where appropriate.

Clients acknowledge that participation in coaching, mentoring and programs is voluntary and undertaken at their own responsibility. They understand that coaching does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and that decisions, actions and results arising from participation lie solely within the client’s area of responsibility.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Start-Unfolding.com shall be liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit or missed opportunities is excluded.

Start-Unfolding.com assumes no liability for the content, accuracy, availability or security of external websites or third-party resources that may be linked or referenced within programs, materials, recordings, e-mails or on the website. Access to and use of such external links is at the client’s own risk.

Start-Unfolding.com has no influence over the content or practices of third-party providers and assumes no responsibility for services, products or information provided by third parties.

13. Force Majeure

Start-Unfolding.com shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failures, platform outages, natural disasters or governmental measures.

14. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these T&C.

15. Termination

Start-Unfolding.com reserves the right to terminate the contractual relationship with immediate effect if payments are not made, content is misused, access data is shared, or disrespectful, abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs.

No refunds will be granted in the event of termination for cause.

16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed exclusively by Swiss law.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Rüschlikon, Switzerland.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

17. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or void in whole or in part, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, a valid and enforceable provision shall be deemed agreed upon which comes closest to the economic intent and purpose of the original provision. The same shall apply in the event of a regulatory gap.
